Telecommunication Companies have been providing Free Internet Or Internet at a very low price with High Speed (4g). It all started in 2016 August, when Jio (Reliance Communications) started providing free sim cards and started giving free internet to consumers (unlimited in starting).

So, other companies such as Airtel,Idea & Vodafone were in great shock that how they will survive in this competition created by JIO. They also started providing internet at lower priced but that were somewhat higher than Jio but that companies incurred huge losses due to Jio as many users switched from other Sim Cards To Jio.

CHANGES IN PRICE TRENDS OF JIO :

JIO Changed its policies time to time in which over the time it increases the price or reduce the data and calls over time. It changed from Unlimited to 3gb/day to 2gb/day then 1gb/day.

Then it started charging money for 1.5gb/day for Rupees 150. Now Recent changes have inflated the price of Jio to Rs. 198 for 1.5 Gb per day and 1000 non jio  free after 0.06 paisa per minute will be charged whereas Jio to Jio will remain free for currently.

NEW CHANGES BY AIRTEL, IDEA & VODAFONE (DECEMBER,2019) :

With change in Jio,These have changed their policy of charging money. Now these companies have planned to give Truly Unlimited Calls. No charges will be there even if you call to any other network. This is good news as jio customers will have limited calls to other networks but customers of these companies will have unlimited calls to any network.
